Sausage Workshop With Tony D'Aviero

Join O-YA for a 'Cultures in the Community' evening with local Chef Tony D'Aviero as he shares his Italian heritage and teaches a hands-on workshop for making authentic Italian sausages. Tony will teach participants how to make Italian sausages the "old fashioned way" with lots of hands on opportunities for participants and sausages for everyone to take home.
