The 'Goode Run is a COMMUNITY EVENT
Before and after the race, Race Central at Stuart Holmes Arena is a buzz of activity! There is music, a great crowd of community members, drinks and snacks available for purchase; plus water and fruit for the runners.

The 'Goode Run is a RUN (2K or 5K)
Runners can choose either a 2K run or 5K run. The 5K is timed by our official timers Sportstats.
Departing from and ending at Osgoode's Stuart Holmes Arena, the 2K & 5K are multi-surface runs through Osgoode Village.
The 'Goode Run 2K is a WALK or RUN (and, we're dog friendly!)
Participants of the 2K can run or walk, jogging strollers are welcome and participants of ALL ages are out and about enjoying the 2K on race day. No 'running' experience is necessary! This one can be just for fun. Dogs (who are on a leash, get along well with other dogs and are cleaned up after) are welcome to join the 2K. Departing from and ending at Osgoode's Stuart Holmes Arena, the 2K is a multi-surface walk / run through Osgoode Village.

Participant Details
Race Site: Streets and paths throughout Osgoode Village, starting and finishing at the Stuart Holmes Arena; 5660 Main Street in Osgoode Village. Route details can be found above (once finalized).
Race Kits: Race kit pick-up will be Friday, May 10; 6 pm - 8 pm OR Saturday, May 11; 6:30 am - 8:30 am in the Fred Alexander Room at Stuart Holmes Arena; 5660 Main Street, Osgoode. Parking is available at the community centre or across the street in the Foodland parking lot (please use the end of the lot, away from the grocery store entrance if possible). Race kits will include your personalized bib, related event info and any promotional vendor materials. For participants who purchased shirts with registration, these will be available for pick up. Race kits can be picked-up for family members.
Participant Bib Number: Each participant will be issued a pinnie (bib #) that should be pinned to the front of your shirt. This will be included in your race kit. It is important to note that if you have more than one person in your family who are in the 5K event, each wears the one assigned to them.
Timing: The 5K is a timed event, the 2K Family Run is not. Timing is provided by our official timers Sportstats. Timers will be on your bib.
Start Times: Please be aware of when your event time is set to begin and report to the start line within 10 minutes of your event. Announcements will be made to provide last minute information required for your event.
Water Stations: There will be 1 water station on the 5K course (location TBA) and a water station at Race Central.
Facilities: Washrooms are located inside the Stuart Holmes Arena.
Running Strollers: The use of running strollers is RESTRICTED TO THE 2K FAMILY RUN ONLY. Strollers are prohibited in the 5k event. Bicycles and any other ride-ons are NOT permitted in ANY event.
Animals: Animals are prohibited for the 5K event. Dogs are encouraged in the Family 2K. Bring your (friendly with other dogs, on a leash and cleaned up after) best friend for your run/walk!
Safe Running: Participants are to follow the instructions of course Marshals during the event.
Changing Races: If you need to change the event you registered for, this MUST be done at least 1 hour prior to the start time. The timers at Sportstats will change you to the event of your choice. Failure to officially report your change will result in your time not being listed in the end results.
Post Race Food: There will be fruit provided for participants of the 2K & 5K races.
