2020 'Goode Run Participant Details

Race Site: Streets throughout Osgoode Village. Route details can be found on www.o-ya.ca closer to the event.

Race Kits: Race kit pick-up will be Friday, May 8; 6 pm - 8 pm OR Saturday, May 9; 6:30 am - 8:30 am. Race kits will include your personalized bib, related event info and any promotional vendor materials. Race kits can be picked-up for family members.

Participant Bib Number: Each participant will be issued a pinnie (bib #) that should be pinned to the front of your shirt (not the back please). This will be included in your race kit. It is important to note that if you have more than one person in your family who are in the 5K event, each wears the one assigned to them. It is matched to your timing chip.

Timing: The 5K is a chip-timed event, the 2K Family Run is not. ChampionChip timing chips will be provided by our official timers, SportStats. They are to be picked up on event day at Race Central (registration) between 8:30 am - 9:30 am.

Start Times: Please be aware of when your event time is set to begin and report to the start line within 10 minutes of your event. Announcements will be made to provide last minute information required for your event.

Water Stations: There will be 1 water station on the 5K course and a water station at Race Central.

Facilities: TBA

Running Strollers: The use of running strollers is RESTRICTED TO THE 2K FAMILY RUN ONLY.  Strollers are prohibited in the Timed events. Bicycles and any other ride-ons are NOT permitted in ANY event.

Animals: Animals are prohibited for the 5K event.  Dogs are encouraged in the Family 2K as part of our Paws on Philip event. Bring your (friendly with other dogs, on a leash and cleaned up after) best friend for your run / walk!

Safe Running: Participants are to follow the instructions of course Marshals including Police Officers and Firefighters during the event.

Changing Races: If you need to change the event you registered for, this MUST be done at least 1 hour prior to the start time. The timers at SportStats will change you to the event of your choice. Failure to officially report your change will result in your time not being listed in the end results.

Parking: TBA

Post Race Food: There will be fruit provided for participants of the 5K race. There is also a BBQ provided by the Osgoode Fire Department starting at
10 am (cash only please).
