Fitness + Fuel
It's time to show your body some love! Join O-YA for our newest health and fitness program where we focus on enhancing our physical health through nutrition and exercise. Fitness + Fuel focuses on healthy eating and exercising. Each week O-YA staff will porch drop off ingredients to create a quick homemade sports drink and snack and then spend 30 - 45 minutes doing a combination of weight lifting and cardio training.
Dates: Wednesdays; June 9, 16, 23 & 30
