Program Details:
O-YA's virtual Leave a Legacy program will teach youth in Grades 7 - 12 the skills necessary to become leaders in their community.
Leave a Legacy has 2 program components:
First, our weekly Zoom calls will be filled with interesting Leadership topics and information. We will be doing some skill building here, but also having lots of fun!
Second, in breakout sessions as part of our weekly Zoom calls (and at other times throughout the summer), participants will be broken into 2 teams. Both teams will be required to complete a number of activities in order to score points for their team. Completed activities will not only gain team points, but participants will also earn volunteer hours for their work.
Members of the team with the most points will be awarded porch delivered prizes!
Registration Form
If O-YA does not have a Registration Form for you already, you will need to fill one out before attending any program. Registration Forms can be downloaded HERE. Please fill out, scan and return to carley@o-ya.ca.
O-YA Virtual Youth Centre Participant Policy

ALL program registrants must be current residents of the City of Ottawa. For programs that include a Supply Kit Delivery, Kits will only be delivered to residents of Osgoode and Rideau-Goulbourn Wards.
