O-YA's Healthy Eating Workshops for Adults in 2012

Sarah is smart, funny, engaging ... and as a Holistic Nutritionist has a wealth of knowledge about healthy eating and feeling great! If you are interested in making smarter food choices and feeling better in 2012, O-YA has a real treat for you with a series of Healthy Eating Workshops for Adults hosted by Sarah Green. Each interesting and informative workshop offers lots of samples, recipes and take home materials.
The following workshops are being offered for FREE by The Osgoode Youth Association (O-YA) as part of a Healthy Communities Grant from the Ministry of Health Promotion and Sport.
