16 x 16 is a brand new program at O-YA teaching youth to make 8 full meals (each with 2 components) by the time they're 16.  Each week, participants will create their meals from scratch, and then enjoy them together for dinner. Some weeks will even feature guest chefs! 16 x 16 was inspired (and developed with permission) by Ottawa's Dr. Yoni Freedhoff (https://www.facebook.com/WeightyMatters/) and his wife who conduct a similar program at home for their own kids. Here are the details:
